We planned our trip to California around Allies birthday because Grandma and Grandpa J wanted to take her for her Disneyland Bday trip. Allie had such a fun birthday in California!
One night Grandma made cupcakes the girls decorated for Allie!
Grandma an Grandpa got Allie a new Holiday Web kins, and she got Littlest Pet Shops from mom and Dad.
And on her birthday we went to the beach!!
It was so beautiful there. The weather was warm, there were almost no people there, and the kids played so well there. Tanya brought her girls, and Chase, while the boys went sailing.
This is a fun beach in Balboa. There is a playground on the beach, and a restaurant on the end of the pier where we had lunch.
I think Grandma was in heaven. On the beach with her Grand kids!
I loved it! I kept saying, shouldn't we jsut go lay on the sand and take a nap in the sun? It felt so go out there. I saw a dolphin as we were waiting for our table too!
Makayla and Taylor had a fun day together!

After lunch we walked over and rode the Ferris wheel, and then the kids went back to play in the sand. It was a beautiful day!
Then we met the boys at the hotel and Allie was thrilled to go swimming on her birthday!
This is how grandpa gets kids ready for bed. Gives them horsey rides on the big soft hotel bed!
Allie told me as she was going to bed, "Mom, this was my best birthday ever!"
And it wasn't over yet...tomorrow DISNEYLAND!!
