This week has been spring break, but it has sure felt more like winter!
On Monday we went to play at the museum and played with friends until the evening when the tornado sirens went off. We had a crazy storm blow through and left some rain.
Tuesday we cleaned house to get ready for visitors to come- and even played with some friends that day too.
Wednesday we got our shopping done and went up to Omaha to pick up Grandma and Grandpa J from the airport! The kids were so excited. It didn't take Lance long to warm up to them. We spent some time on the riverfront and in Old town then G & G watched the kids at the Amazing Pizza Machine while mom went to the temple. I'll have to get pictures from them to put on here. It was a fun busy day!
Thursday we drove to Nebraska City and visited the Arbor day tree farm. What a fun place. We walked the trails and played in their outdoor play centers- then we had a HUGE lunch at the Leid Lodge. What a fun day!
We found these kissing trees on the hike- Dylan tried to hide them from us- but grandma said stop for a picture!
All 4 of my kids at the picture spot!
Taking a picture break with G and G. Lance did pretty good 4-wheelin' over some parts of the trail. We had to lift him over the bridges!
