Happy Birthday Dylan boy

Dylan is 9 years old!

I can't believe it was 9 years ago we were living in Pocatello Idaho and Dad had just graduated from Idaho State.  Unlike  Makayla, Dylan was born screaming- and kept screaming for about a year.  He keeps us all on our toes- and can be so fun to be around too.  We love watching him play sports, because he puts his whole heart into every game he plays. 

This year is the first year he was at school on his birthday.  Makayla and I got home the night before, so I was able to take treats into his class on his birthday.

Then we had a family dinner that night- his favorite: crepes.

He really wanted to have a big birthday party this year- since he has made so many fun friends since we moved.  School was out on Thursday, so Friday we had a party. Somehow the weather cooperated and we were able to have a few boys over to party.

We met here for lunch then walked down to the park for games.

Dylan wanted to invite his cousins, but they didn't get out of school until the next week.  Luckily Ariane got Brock out of school early and came and helped me with the troops.

The boys ate inside, so the little ones took their lunch out back.

Dylan got a little wiffle-ball game going.

It was so nice outside.  Some boys played bump at the basketball hoop, others played on the playground, then most played baseball.  Walking the group home looked like a little parade!

Allie and Whitney loved sharing a swing- so did Lance and Camree!

Then back home for cupcakes!  Busy fun day.  Happy Birthday Dylan dude-

tomorrow we leave for reunion. ;)
